Greetings, and welcome to Mobile Therapy Solutions. I’m Dr. Ajené White, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with nearly 14 years of experience supporting children, families, and women across the Bay Area. I am the owner and founder of Mobile Therapy Solutions, created from my passion for providing meaningful, individualized health solutions that empower every client I serve.
My passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and thrive in the activities that matter most. As both a practitioner and a mother, I understand how deeply personal and transformative therapy can be. I founded Mobile Therapy Solutions to deliver accessible, compassionate, and culturally responsive care—meeting each client exactly where they are, whether at home, in school, in the community, or in my clinic space.
My academic background includes earning undergraduate and graduate degrees from San José State University, followed by completion of my doctorate at the University of Southern California, where I was honored with the Lela Llorens Award for creative impact in occupational therapy.
Outside of my practice, I cherish time with my family, value self-care, and enjoy lifelong learning—whether through podcasts, professional development, or new adventures. I’m also an avid traveler who finds joy and inspiration in exploring California’s hiking trails and diverse cultures.
